Hammock Party 

 

This is what we specialize in! By reserving your own private Hammock Party you will spin, twist and swing the night away with the guidance of your expert instructor. A great choice for groups that want an accessible apparatus to learn on. We will leave a little time near the end to help everyone get back into the moves they loved from the lesson and assist with individual and group photos and videos.

Bungee Party​

 

Defy gravity and experience weightlessness in your private Bungee Party at one of the only MN studios that offers it. Learn to manipulate the tension provided by the bungee cords to create beautiful, floating, and flowing movements in the air with your group.  We will leave a little time near the end to help everyone get back into the moves they loved from the lesson and assist with individual and group photos and videos. *Our harness sizes range from 22"-50" waists. We do NOT recommend this apparatus for anyone pregnant.

TWERK/CHAIR PARTY

​

We turn the lights down low in this memorable party! Our fantastic instructor, Tasha is excited to shake it with you. She will have your party executing hip and cheek isolations, body waves and hair flips to a sexy and accessible choreographed routine with the use of a dance chair. Each move will be broken down step by step so that you can move confidently! Don't be bashful, wear anything you feel great in-your group will be the only ones in the studio. No dance experience necessary! 

 

Pole Party

"There ain't no party like a pole party!" You will understand why the moment you walk in and see the poles lit by our beautiful studio lights. Get ready to drop your inhibitions and surprise yourself with what your body can do. Guided by our expert pole instructor, Tasha, you'll get a party that pulls out the wilder side of your group. If you've never touched a pole, Tasha will give you some of our favorite classic pole moves, plus sultry spins and flowing floor work. If you're blowing through the content, you'll even see some exiting new moves that will have you feeling strong AF. Of course nothing happened if there wasn't photo/video proof, so you'll have plenty of time to document it all and get your insta/tiktok/snapchat ready vids of your friends. Let's dance!

Email parties@flyfitfun.com to inquire about dates and times that are available. We host parties any day or time at our Hopkins, MN location when we are not teaching classes. 

 

After you pay $100 deposit, we will schedule the party and send you a registration link to share with your guests. Every adult guest must register in advance using the link we send you. If you have minors attending, please request a waiver form. The Wednesday prior to your event we charge the host the balance of the fee, minus the deposit, based upon the number of people signed up. We do not have a way for your guests to pay us individually when they sign up so you will have to collect from them on your own.

Please DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL PRIOR TO THE PARTY, and please consider this when picking the time for your event.  No refunds will be given if someone is asked not to participate due to intoxication.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
 

All changes, reschedules, or cancellation requests must be provided in writing via email to parties@flyfitfun.com. Credit at The Aviary can be used for services or a future party.
