The Aerial Fitness for Beginners series meets once a week for 4 weeks on the same day and time each week. At the end of the series you will be offered special pricing on a pass to get you started on your journey! If you have never taken aerial, dance or gymnastic classes before, we highly recommend starting with this series. It builds skills at a slow and steady pace each week and includes a mix of conditioning and aerial instruction in each class.
To enroll, choose the series that works best for you. If the Sign Up button is missing, the class is full. Please choose dates that work for you, you will only be allowed one makeup if you miss a class.
