What We Offer
Challenge your limits, get results and laugh as much as you sweat. A body-weight workout that makes you stronger and teaches you how to make amazing aerial shapes. Side effects include improved flexibility, more confidence and whole lot of courage. You do not need to be strong or flexible to get started. Just do what you can, at your own pace, and work your way up to new levels of strength and flexibility. You'll have so much fun you will forget you are working out.
A full-body, cardio workout that defies gravity. Experience a workout that's so fun, it doesn't even seem like exercise! The bungees have a 225lbs weight limit and you will be required to use a scale before class so you can be attached to the correct number of bungees. If you weigh more than 225 lbs you will not be permitted to take the class. Learn more about what to expect HERE.

We know it looks hard and you may be worried you aren't strong or flexible enough to do it. The truth is, like any new workout, our classes can be challenging at first, especially if you haven't worked out for a while or have very little upper body strength. Be patient, your body will adapt. It will come easier and with less discomfort each time you take a class. After your third class you will see progress and it gets much more exciting!

Build strength, improve flexibility and have fun working out. Our aerial fitness and bungee classes are versatile and accommodating for all body types and levels of fitness, you don’t need to be graceful or have the waistline of a ballerina. We have clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and athletic (or lack there-of) backgrounds.
