How It Works:

Live classes will be delivered on Zoom. Register online to attend classes using your MindBody account and download the Zoom app. Your confirmation and reminder emails will have a Zoom Meeting ID and Password. Join a class in the Zoom app by entering the Meeting ID and Password. You will be able to watch and follow the video invisibly or you can activate your video or audio and interact with each other and staff during class.
