Flight Crew Outings!
Every month the Flight Crew takes a class at another studio to push our limits or to try something new. We invite our Frequent Fliers to join us for free on a first come, first serve basis. That means you get the opportunity to take a free class at another studio once a month just for being a Frequent Flyer with us! After we sweat it out with you we compare notes and get to know our community even better over a refreshing beverage somewhere nearby.

Research: Can Aerial Yoga Take Your Workouts to Another Level?
The purpose of this study was twofold. First, Dr. Dalleck aimed to quantify participants’ acute cardiovascular and metabolic responses to Aerial Yoga. Second, he wanted to determine the effectiveness of a six week Aerial Yoga intervention at positively modifying cardiometabolic risk factors. The results of this study indicate that erial Yoga proves to be a great alternative form of exercise with benefits in line with other, more popular forms of exercise.
