Is Aerial Fitness Right For You?
We know it looks hard and you may have heard it requires a lot of strength or flexibility to do. The truth is, it is challenging at first, especially if you haven't worked out for a while or have very little upper body strength – but we don’t want you to be intimidated. Everyone’s first class is hard, but there’s a reason most of our first-time clients come back. Aerial Fitness is a good fit for you if any of the following are true:
You’ve tried other workouts, but nothing has stuck
You like to challenge yourself physically and mentally
You don’t have a lot of time and want a workout that is effective
You never want the same workout twice
You are an athlete who wants to improve your game
You want the coaches and clients to know your name when you walk in the door
You do not have vertigo or get motion sickness (see other medical contraindications in our FAQs
Still unsure? Read what clients have to say about our clients' experiences in our Facebook reviews.
"Aerial fitness is the adult answer to your childhood dreams of flying. It’s an incredible way to tone your body, getting you to use muscle groups you never work in a traditional gym workout." - Christine Longe, Founder, Owner and CEO
